Fantastic Stay at the Sheraton Raleigh! I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Raleigh, within walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center and a stylish lobby area perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The on-site restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks, making it convenient to grab a meal without leaving the hotel. Overall, the Sheraton Raleigh exceeded my expectations. The location to the convention center was close and a very easy short walk. Check in was fast and helpful. Parking was very convenient and covered. Overall it was a very good stay there were a few items that were brought to the attention of the staff and they were corrected in a prompt manner. The customer service at check out was very professional, quick, courteous.
